ABOUT

Lauren Cohen

Lauren Cohen is an occupational therapist with over 15 years of experience in hospital and home care settings. While supporting patients through discharge planning, she recognized that although most individuals wished to return home, many environments were not properly equipped to support safe, independent living. Helping people remain at home safely and confidently became her professional focus and passion.
